Gianluca Peinetti

I'm a translator and bridge-builder. I take complex, contested, technically accurate positions and turn them into messages that are simple enough to travel, bold enough to matter, and inclusive enough that different stakeholders see themselves in them.

I've done this most often in health policy — where the science is complex, the stakes are visible, and the business interests are huge. Most recently as Director of Policy Communications at a leading consultancy, leading campaigns on the AI Act and European Health Data Space. Before that, in-house at a European trade association, managing through high-profile investigations.

But the problem I solve exists everywhere technical depth meets the need to be heard. After 15 years in Brussels, I work directly with organisations as a peer, not a vendor. I'm not here to execute a brief — I'm here to help you figure out what's actually worth saying, then help you say it.
